Planet eTrack Auto-Tracking Fixed Box Camera

An EPTZ camera has a 4K UHD sensor with a built-in tracking algorithm that enables this discreet camera to track presenters, lecturers, and teachers. The Full HD output from the camera can ‘pan and scan’ around the 4K canvas to follow a presenter’s movement.

This small unit also provides SDI, USB and IP video outputs. Plus, there is an audio input to add audio from an external microphone or audio mixer.

Planet eCam PTZ Multi Output Camera

The Planet eCam PTZ Multi Output Camera is a highly flexible pan tilt zoom camera suited to a large range of indoor tasks which demand high-quality video acquisition. The camera will capture in resolutions of up to 1080p 60fps with a large range of output options, including HDMI, SDI, USB 3.0 and IP network connectivity.

This camera works perfectly with both the Planet eStream Live Encoder and the Lecture and Classroom Capture Tools. When using the Live Encoder, you can either capture remotely via IP video output or locally via HDMI, SDI, and connections. For those using Planet eStream’s Lecture and Room Capture Tools, the camera’s built-in RTMP output means it will work right out of the box – without the need for additional IP encoders.

The Planet eCam supports PoE and has a 3.5mm line level audio input, enabling you to embed a separate audio feed (e.g., a microphone or mixer output) into the video output.

This auto-tracking PTZ video camera comes with a 1/2.8 inch HD CMOS sensor equipped with 20x digital zoom. This camera also includes a second lens that is used by the built-in algorithm to detect and track movement by the lecturer or presenter using pan, tilt and zoom.
