Encoding Stations
Planet eStream v5 offers a wide range of Encoding Station options for encoding from analogue sources such as DVD/VHS players through to lecture capture and high definition. These can be supplied either as a small footprint workstation for a fixed location or as a portable laptop based solution for flexibility, in house, or out in the field.
All of the Encoding Stations offered feature our intuitive user interface which requires no previous knowledge of video streaming technology and thus encourages maximum take up by staff. All of the material encoded or streamed live with the encoding stations is then archived with appropriate metadata to the core Planet eStream digital media archive.
