Your Planet eStream v5 Free 60 Day Trial is subject to the following conditions:
Copyrighted material must not be uploaded to your Planet eStream v5 Trial System without the consent of the copyright owner. In the case of uploading off-air television recordings, you must hold a current ERA + license and abide to the terms of the licence in all respects.
You are responsible for moderating the content of your Planet eStream v5 Trial system. Planet Enterprises Ltd cannot be held responsible for any copyrighted, illegal, offensive, or otherwise unsuitable content added to your Trial system.
You are not permitted to rent, redistribute, lease, sub-licence, loan, copy, modify, adapt, merge, translate, reverse engineer, decompile, disassemble or create derivative works based on the whole or any part of the Planet eStream v5 solution in any way.
Please Note: Free Trials are hosted on our servers online, whereas a full Planet eStream system would be installed at your own premises and be accessed via your Intranet. With Planet eStream v5 you keep full control of your media assets and don't have to rely on, or pay for, external hosting providers.
