As standard, Planet eStream 4.5 is supplied with:-
- Access to our Knowledge Base - Search our online Knowledge Base for answers to frequent questions.
- Initial training - After installing your Planet eStream solution, our engineer will provide an introductory training session. Additional training is also available at a later date, for a small charge.
- 12 months telephone technical support - For a period of one year from installation, we provide telephone technical support on your Planet eStream Solution.
- 12 months on-site support - For a period of one year from installation, we provide you with an on-site warranty on both the hardware and the software that we supply.
- 12 months Software Updates - Keep up-to-date with the latest updates to the core Planet eStream solution for a period of 12 months from installation.
Support is extendable to 24 or 36 months at time of purchase - please contact us for details.
The above inclusive support applies to installations within the UK Mainland only. Please contact us for an individual quotation if outside the UK Mainland.
