Add Chapters
Chapters are used to describe and 'bookmark' specific points within a recording.
Users with the appropriate Planet eStream permissions can manage chapters via a standard HTML interface.
There is no limit to the number of chapters a recording may have and chapter start times / end times may overlap as required.
